Patterson was a full home renovation completed in phases over two years, with the interior renovation completed first and the exterior the next year. Inside, the home was fully reimagined with a custom kitchen, custom cabinetry throughout, and a cohesive design approach that made each space feel intentional, refined, and beautifully connected.

The overall style is modern and elevated, softened by warm accents and natural texture. Light wood tones, layered finishes, bright open spaces, and minimal details gave the home a fresh, airy feel. We especially love the custom staircase rail that ties in the warm wood tones and black accents.
